FOUNDER & CEO

Ms. Pfoertner is a successful entrepreneur, business leader, and real estate broker with 40 years of experience in public service, law, and real estate. Between 1990 and 2016, Martina worked as a Supervising Bailiff in Germany, first for Munich and then for Dachau, where she dealt with bankruptcies and debtors and oversaw evictions.

In 2016, she moved to the US and invested in Parcel Plus, a parcel and shipping company with drop-off services for FedEx and UPS. After successfully growing revenue and operations, she became a licensed Real Estate Sales Associate in Florida and a Certified International Property Specialist. Martina has since built a successful business in both real estate sales and property management services for German-speaking investors that is still in operation today.
